Production systems for sliding door boxes. It consist of a set of roll forming and cutting lines all connected to an assembly-packaging-unloading line to allow the maximum of automation. The connections between the lines that create the elements and the central assembly line are made with automatic manipulators. Most of the lines that create the elements provide an accumulation before the assembly line, in order to avoid long stops due to the change of coils. The various lines start with strip, in order to have less possible stock of cut material and to have more flexibility in length. From the completed line comes a package, which only has to be taken to the truck or to the warehouse. A total of five people are needed to produce almost one door box per minute.
