3 ton DOUBLE AND ROTARY DECOILER

This system features two motorized decoilers (idler/non-motorized option available on request), each with a 3-ton load capacity. The decoilers are mounted on a pivoting base, which extremely reduces coil changeover downtime. Complete with an independent hydraulic power unit and electrical system.The hydraulic unit manages mandrel expansion and adjustment, while the electrical system handles manual/automatic operating modes and speed regulation. The decoiler is fully equipped with a loop control system, a loop control arm, and strip-retaining spokes to keep the material perfectly aligned in the correct position.
