Construction, Installations and final testing phase

The project is put to the test following client’s expectations: produced, delivered and tested according to the highest quality standards.

Here the genesis of the machine takes place according to the inputs and the design established in the previous phases. Each step is carried out to the highest standard and with attention to the smallest detail, respecting the construction times. Furthermore, before delivery, every machine is thoroughly tested to ensure that there are no manufacturing defects and that it conforms to the stringent standards of construction and production efficiency, as established in our Quality Promise.

Installation and final testing take place directly at the client’s premises and are carried out by the same technical experts who assembled and tested the machine during production.

Why do we do this? We have chosen this solution to minimize on-site assembly times and avoid technical unforeseen problems: we prefer to entrust this delicate phase to our technicians who gave birth to the machine.

Finally, we check that everything is going as planned and that the performance of the machinery conforms to the commitments made to the customer both on site and later with our Technical Assistance and Maintenance service.
